The hcandidate for this position will Develop requirements from a project’s inception to its conclusion for a particular IT subject matter area (i.e., simple to complex systems). Assists other project members with analysis and evaluation and with the preparation of recommendations for system improvements, optimization, development, and/or maintenance efforts in the following specialties: information systems architecture; networking; telecommunications; automation; communications protocols; risk management/electronic analysis; software; life-cycle management; software development methodologies; and modeling and simulation. |
| Qualifications: | Education:
A master's degree is required with 6+ years experience in the field. Candidate should possess one or more of the following certifications: Juniper Network Technical Certification Program (JN-TCP), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Design Associate (CCDA), Network Associate (CCNA) or Security Professional (CCSP). Knowledge of Cisco VoIP products and technology, along with CISCOWORKS tool, HPOPENVIEW and other Cisco tools is highly desirable.
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
