| Description: | Bridges Consulting Inc. is looking for an exceptional Master Scheduler to join TEAM Bridges. TEAM Bridges is always looking for qualified Master Scheduler’s who are thinking about making a move but just want to see what is out there. We have multiple contracts that have Scheduler opportunities. This is an opportunity to meet with us to see if this is a place you want to make your next home. The majority of our contracts are looking for a Master Scheduler to do the following:
• Functions as a key member of the team responsible for creating, modifying, maintaining, controlling, & reporting on multiple (numbering in the 100s) program schedules that are contained in the Enterprise Schedule Management System (ESMS) Data Repository
• Works with the customer and other contractors to develop project schedules across the customer’s enterprise
• Will have an understanding of Primavera Project Management Software and the underlying Oracle Database
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Project
• Ability to import and export project files between Primavera and MS Project
• Must have a good understanding of project management lifecycles
• Thoroughly knowledgeable of Primavera WBS, activities, project and activity codes, layouts, summarization, report creation and formatting, filters, custom fields and codes, timesheets, job services, collaboration server, resource loading, and other Primavera functions
• Must be able to create and manage the Primavera EPS and OBS structure as well as user account creation, security profiles, and permissions and be able to perform and troubleshoot software installations
• Creating presentations, providing user familiarization training, providing user support, and providing support, guidance, and leadership to lesser experienced team members
• Will be identifying needed improvements in the Primavera tools and processes that support the ESMS.
• Will help ensure the integrity and repeatability of the data, tools, and processes used by the ESMS
• Will be a participant in the Primavera upgrade and migration process as newer versions are implemented
• Will provide scheduling support to other internal team members and contribute to the production of requirements

| Qualifications: | The interested Master Scheduler must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 5 to 10 years of MS Project & Primavera (version 5) project schedule management including presentation of schedule status and results or at least 9 years of training and experience can be in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. The candidate must have superior interpersonal skills along with excellent communications skills as he/she will communicate with clients as well as program personnel.
