Description:Bridges Consulting is looking for an experience Requirements Administrator to join TEAM BRIDGES. The successful Requirements Administrator will be supporting our client's requirements management (RM) system. The primary role for this position is to provide requirements administration/analysis to the Thread Engineers and the Solution Providers. The RM administrator will work as part of our client's SE Requirements team and will work directly with Thread engineers to define, gather and analyze technical requirements each spin. Specific duties include:

• Negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and engineering).
• Work with system architects, system developers, testers, and systems engineers to develop and maintain requirements (functional through design) for software, hardware, documentation, and other analysis and design artifacts to be used for development, integration, and testing.
• Draft and coordinate preparation of requirements documentation for one or more threads. The documentation will include but not be limited to: requirements management plans, requirements documents, and technical briefings.

Qualifications:The selected Requirements Administrator must have BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other technical discipline with the following:

• Working experience RequisitePro requirement management tool evidenced in the resume.
• Three years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence capability with an emphasis on collection, processing, and exploitation.
• An understanding of contemporary requirement elicitation, analysis, specification, verification and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice.
• An understanding of how to practice requirement engineering according to several software development life cycles strategies in a team environment.
• Must be results-oriented, self-motivated and an effective communicator.
• Must have working experience RequisitePro requirement management tool
• Must have working experience with MS Office products including MS Project.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with requirement management for the Agile software development life cycle.
* Knowledge of SIGINT mission systems.
* Experience with the RequisitePro requirement management tool
* Experience in integrating systems into a system of systems.

Security Clearance Requirements: ACTIVE TS SCI w/LS Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
