The successful Systems Engineer shall be performing general SIGINT Systems Engineering support for our clients program.

| Qualifications: | The successful System Engineer will must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 2 years of Software Engineering/Development experience using SIGINT technologies or at least 6 years of training and experience can be in lieu of a Bachelors degree. The selected Engineer must have the following experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience with satellite systems
Minimum of one (1) year experience programming services for the WEALTHYCLUSTER 2.0 architecture or similar enterprise framework
Minimum of one (1) year software development (coding, integration and testing) in an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) environment
Minimum of ten (10) years experience with (classified requirements)
Minimum of two (2) years experience in integrating and testing networked enterprise systems
Minimum of one (1) years development experience with data link layer protocols
Familiarity with PHP
Familiarity with the Ruby Scripting Language
Minimum of two (2) years experience using Subversion (SVN) for configuration management (CM)
Minimum of two (2) years experience performing and automating system builds and testing on distributed and multiple platform systems
Minimum of two (2) years programming with C++
Minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience administrating Unix or Linux platforms
Minimum of one (1) year programming with Java
Minimum of two (2) year experience programming with Unix shell (C shell, Bourne shell and/or Bash)
Minimum of one (1) year using a Configuration Management (CM) system
Minimum of two (2) years experience performing and automating system builds and testing on distributed and multiple platform systems
Minimum of one (1) writing and using makefiles
Minimum of two (2) years RedHat Package Manager modules (RMSs)
The following skills, education and experience are highly desirable:
Minimum of one (1) year programming with Python, PHP and/or Ruby
Minimum of one (1) year experience using Subversion (SVN) for configuration management (CM)
Familiarity with the Valgrind Open Source run-time test tool
Familiarity with CruiseControl tool for continuous build integration
Minimum one (1) year using Ant
Familiarity with the Rake build tool
Minimum of one (1) year experience with Java Server Pages
Familiarity with the Eclipse development environment
Minimum of one (1) year using the Doxygen and JavaDocs Open Source documentation tool for C++ and Java, respectively
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle or Full Scope Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
