Bridges Consulting Inc. is looking for EVM Analyst to join TEAM Bridges. The selected Analyst will be supporting our client’s EVM data analysis, contractor EVM System review, compliance, certification, and surveillance, and internal Agency EVM policy development and program support. Some of the specific tasks include performing data analysis, assessing a contractor’s compliance with Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) 748-A, Industry Guidelines for Earned Value Management, conducting comprehensive Integrated Milestone Schedule (IMS) analysis, and conducting IBRs.
Qualifications:The selected EVM Analyst must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Operations, Mathematics, Finance or Economics with one (1) to ten (10) years of experience in supporting government EVM or at least 5 years of training and experience can be in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is preferred.. The selected Analyst must have some of the following:

• Experience with software tools, including Cobra, OpenPlan, wInsight, MPM, Microsoft Project, Expedition or Primavera
• Knowledge of DoD guidelines for EVMS implementation, including ANSI 748A Earned Value Management (EVM) standards and related FAR and DFAR clauses
• Experience with Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) 748-A
• Experience conducting comprehensive Integrated Milestone Schedule (IMS) analysis
• Experience conducting IBR
• Experience with leading or managing IT project implementation, developing baseline schedules, providing status for schedules, and conducting risk analysis of schedule dates
• Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations
