The successful Test Engineer III will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of an agile software development project; responsible for working with the Government leads to coordinate and prioritize tasks via backlogs for sprint planning and setting schedules; acts as the Software Test Lead interface to external organizations at meetings, briefings, and demonstrations; works with Configuration Management to ensure builds and baselines reflect accurate versions of software related to test phases; evaluates COTS/GOTS solutions for alternative methods of testing; and ensures all test documentation is produced in accordance with our client's standards.

| Qualifications: | The successful Test Engineer III must have a Bachelors Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meets the experience requirements; or equivalent documented combination of training and experience with at least five (5) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired and Ten (10)years experience in testing through a full system development life cycle including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes. The successful Engineer must have the following general experience:
Experience developing and enhancing test plans and procedures that define test strategies and coverage.
Experience in documenting test results for corrective actions, reporting and audits.
Experience testing systems from existing system and functional specifications.
Experience developing test cases and plans from requirements documentation.
Experience with XML, Java, C++, database interface, SOLARIS and/orLINUX, and Windows system programming is highly desired.
Working knowledge of and skills in the use of automated test tools
Experience with at least a few of the following:
o Test automation development or some demonstrated development experience
oPerformance / load / stress testing
oData interface testing
o Data migration testing
oUser interface testing
o Security testing
o Code coverage tools
o Systems integration testing
o Web server, OS, and SQL database setup and administration
