The successful Senior Systems Engineer, Level II/III must have recent experience in developing systems engineering processes that will compliment our client's engineering model. The selected Engineer will be establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with internal/external Engineers is paramount to the success of this team. In addition, the selected Enigneer will be performing the following:

* Implementing common systems engineering processes across our client's programs
* Work within our client's systems engineers to establish interface requirements and dependencies (these requirements will need to be coordinated with our client's programs and their implementation planned to ensure that the programs are in sync with the delivery of the defined capability)
Qualifications:The successful Systems Engineer will must have a Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 12 years of Engineering experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead or at least 16 years of training and experience can be in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree (at least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and IT). The selected Engineer must have the following experience:

• Ten (10) years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs encompassing systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations
• Five (5) years systems engineering experience obtained in an Intelligence Community environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience with software application, programming languages, hardware, processes or as a manager is required
• Demonstrated experience with past success in working with a diverse team of professionals

Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle or Full Scope Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
