The successful Senior Engineer Consultant (SEC) shall perform analysis on network data that is coming of QEMU virtualization tool and developing operating systems.
Qualifications:The successful Senior Engineer Consultant (SEC) must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline with at least at least 16 years combined experience in technical program management /management support, and systems engineering and integration in ACAT I programs with 6 years of professional experiences in one of the following fields: system engineering, physics, mathematics, statistics, econometrics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Technology (IT), modeling and analysis, or computer science, or at least 20 years of training and experience can be in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. The selected Engineer must have the following experience:

• 16 years experience in technical program management and/or system development team leadership
• Demonstrated understanding of DoD acquisition policy and directives
• Demonstrated knowledge of the C4ISR/DoDAF process and documentation requirements
• 14 years experience in requirements analysis /generation and developing systems architectures
• 14 years experience in developing complex systems
• 10 years experience with independent verification and validation of system requirements
• Experience in developing operating systems
• Experience in providing analysis on network data from the QEMU virtualization tool
• Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience with software application, programming languages, hardware, processes or as a manager is required

Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
