Test Engineer IV -WIRELESS
General Experience:
• Over five years (total) experience in testing through a full system development life cycle including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test processes.
• Experience developing and enhancing test plans and procedures that define test strategies and coverage.
• Experience in documenting test results for corrective actions, reporting and audits.
• Experience testing systems from existing system and functional specifications.
• Experience developing test cases and plans from requirements documentation.
• Experience with XML, Java, C++, database interface, SOLARIS and/orLINUX, and Windows system programming is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of and skills in the use of automated test tools and related CASE applications such as Rational TeamTest, Rational ClearQuest, WinRunner, etc.
• Experience with at least a few of the following:
o Test automation development or some demonstrated development experience
o Performance / load / stress testing
o Data interface testing
o Data migration testing
o User interface testing
o Security testing
o Code coverage tools
o Systems integration testing
o Web server, OS, and SQL database setup and administration
Required experience:
 Experience with Maven, Artifactory, cruisecontrol, continum and subversion desired.
 JAVA, JUNIT, XML, database interfaces, LINUX, Web Logic and scripting
 Test automation development and some demonstrated development experience is required
 Developing, conducting, and interpreting longevity testing
SIGINT Experience: At least five years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.
Security: Candidates must have TS/SCI clearance with full scope poly.

| Qualifications: | Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meet the experience requirements; or equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
Equivalent experience examples are: an Associate’s Degree, military training, NCS classes, commercially provided training, or demonstrable program experience and an additional two years experience in this or similar labor category.
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
