Practical experience evidenced in the following:
 Linux operating system experience – certifications a major bonus
 Perl, Shell scripting (candidate will be writing code), Python and/or Ruby (Ruby is acceptable, but would prefer a python programmer)
 RPM creation experience and Kickstart experience
 Ability to design complex collection systems
 Program debugging
 Integrating systems using Linux operation system
 Performing system validation and verification
 System performance analysis
 Ability to objectively assess architectural limitations or shortcoming in such areas as scaling, speed and throughput
 Solid understanding of applicable commercial technologies including hardware acceleration, and commercial best practices.
The successful candidate will have hands on experience in engineering, documenting integrating and testing operational SIGINT systems.
