| Description: | Bridges Consulting Inc. is looking for an eager and engaging Help Desk Specialist to join TEAM Bridges. The successful candidate will be providing phone and in-person support to users in the areas of phone and in-person support to users, including e-mail, LAN/WAN, directories, standard desktop images and applications, COTS and GOTS applications. In addition, the candidate will serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems. |
| Qualifications: | The successful candidate must have a HS Diploma with 4 years of Help Desk experience or Associates Degree with 2 years of Help Desk experience. The successful candidate must have experience in some of the following:
• LAN/WAN
• Customer Service
• Providing support to users for e-mail, directories, standard desktop images and applications
• GOTS/COTS support
• Troubleshooting IT related problems such as hardware/software, passwords and printer problems
• Must be willing to learn PKI
Security Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI with CI or LS Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
