We are looking for a Program Manager for Tech SIGINT operations which encompasses Systems Engineering, Program Insight, Overhead Systems, Community Outreach and ISR systems. The Program Manager will be performing the following:
* Working closely with our customer in establishing priorities for performance of specific subtask
* Provide technical and advisory services in developing and presenting briefings, white papers, conducting customer liaison, and participating in technical exchange meetings, etc.
* Responsible for the overall program
* Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | The selected Program Manager must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field or Business/Business Management with a minimum of 10 years of SIGINT Engineering experience, demonstrating creativity and mature engineering judgment in anticipating and solving engineering problems. In addition, the selected Program Manager must have the following:
a) Shall have had experience with multi-contractor teams/alliances during the ten (10) years of SIGINT engineering experience
b) Shall have a minimum of seven (7) years program management experience on government major programs (Major programs are programs over $10 million dollar contract value)
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
