The successful Acquisition Professional, Level 4/SME 2 shall provide acquisition support on functions of program management and action officer. In addition, the successful Professional will be performing the following:
Assist program managers in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams
Provide expertise on the myriad of factors that influence cost, schedule, performance, and risk
Advise in the interpretation and tailoring of our client's acquisition regulations and memorandums, and ensure affordable, supportable and effective systems are delivered to the customer
Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management programs
Advise in the interpretation and tailoring of DoD acquisition regulations/memorandums, and ensure affordable, supportable and effective systems are delivered to our customer
Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisitions management programs
Assist program managers in developing program documentation for an ACAT 1 program going thru Milestone C

| Qualifications: | The successful Acquisitions Professional, Level 4 or SME 2 must have a Bachelors degree in an Acquisition related discipline or another related discipline with at least 12 years of Program Management experience or at least 19 years of certification, training and experience can be in lieu of a Bachelors degree. The selected Acquisition Professional, Level 4 must have the following experience:
Experience in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
Experience in planning and organizing
Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
Must have PMP or DAWAII Level III certification
Must have DoD acquisition experience in dealing with Milestone Decision Activities
Must have ACAT 1 program experience
Must have Milestone B/C experience
Must have experience on the myraid of factors that influence cost, schedule, performance and risk
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/CI or Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
