The successful SIGINT Analyst will have responsibility and successful evaluation of SIGINT programs based on mission roles, functionality, or reporting requirements. In addition, the successful Analyst will be performing the following:

• Accessing SIGINT databases, information warehouses, and reference sources to accurately extract SIGINT reporting results and related information for the purpose of assessing ELINT Enterprise programs and systems
• Perform metrics evaluation and performance assessment activities and determine how best to capture performance criteria
• Compiling presentations and presenting information to large groups consisting of technically astute community partners
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:The successful SIGINT Analyst must have a High School diploma with a SIGINT background in Collections, Processing, Analysis, or Reporting for at least 10 years commensurate with activities which demonstrate the responsbility and successful evaluation of SIGINT programs based on mission roles, functionality, or reporting requirements. The selected SIGINT Analyst must have the following experience:

• Experience in accessing SIGINT databases, information warehouses, and reference sources to accurately extract SIGINT reporting results and related information for the purpose of assessing ELINT Enterprise programs and systems
• Possess excellent knowledge and skills in processes and procedures involved in metrics evaluation and performance assessment activities and demonstrated capability to determine how best to capture performance criteria, which can easily be assimilated by high level senior management
• Shall have working knowledge of the metric terms used throughout the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to compile presentations
• Ability to brief large groups

Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/CI or Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
