The successful Technical SIGINT Analyst will have responsibility and successful evaluation of SIGINT programs based on mission roles, functionality, or capabilities with regard to supporting our customers Enterprise's Technical SIGINT needs and satisfying our customer statement Technical SIGINT requirements. In addition, the successful Analyst will be performing the following:
• Analyzing and Reporting Technical SIGINT and ELINT
• Responsible for Technical SIGINT characteristics, propagation theory, analysis procedures, and analytical tools
• Interacting with SIGINT databases, information warehouses, and reference sources to accurately extract and interpret Tech SIGINT reporting results and related information for the purpose of assessing ELINT Enterprise programs and systems
• Responsible for metrics evaluation and performance assessment activities
• Compiling presentations and presenting information to a large groups
• Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | The successful Technical SIGINT Analyst must have a High School diploma with a Technical SIGINT background in Analysis and Reporting for at least 10 years commensurate at least 3 years of which are ELINT related. The selected Technical SIGINT Analyst must have the following experience:
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate SIGINT programs based on mission roles, functionality, and capabilities with regard to supporting the Enterprise's Technical SIGINT needs and satisfying customer statement Technical SIGINT requirements;
• Possess excellent knowledge and skills in processes and procedures involved in metrics evaluation and performance assessment activities and demonstrated capability to determine how best to capture performance criteria, which can easily be assimilated by high level senior management
• Shall have in-depth training in Technical SIGINT characteristics, propagation theory, analysis procedures, and analytical tools demonstrated by the successful completion of advanced SIGINT training courses such as Intermediate Technical ELINT Analysis and Advanced ELINT Collection/Analysis, or equivalents
• Shall demonstrate experience interacting with SIGINT databases, information warehouses, and reference sources to accurately extract and interpret Tech SIGINT reporting results and related information for the purpose of assessing ELINT Enterprise programs and systems
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to compile presentations
• Ability to brief large groups consisting of technically astute community partners are critical to successful job accomplishment
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/CI or Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
