The successful Resource Manager will have be the liaison between our customer, DoD and Intelligence Community program build cycles (PPBS and/or CPBS). In addition, the successful Resource Manager will be performing the following:

• Working with TIARA, JMIP and/or NFIP
• Perform metrics evaluation and performance assessment activities and determine how best to capture performance criteria
• Developing Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJS's) and/or Congressional Justification Books (CJB's)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:The successful Resource Manager must have a High School diploma with 4 years of experience working DoD programs with working level expertise in at least one of the following umbrella programs: TIARA, JMIP and/or JMIP. The selected Resource Manager must have the following experience:

• Shall have a minimum of 2 years of the last 4 years working experience, to include conducting liaison, with the DoD and IC program build cycles (PPBS and/or CPBS)
• Shall have a minimum 2 years within the last 4 years, working experience developing the Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJB's) and/or Congressional Justification Books (CJB's)
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Shall demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Access, MS Excel and MS Word

Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/CI or Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
