The successful Senior Systems Engineer will be planning, organizing and guiding of major engineering programs. In addition, the successful Engineer will be performing the following:
• Working within a SIGINT operations that has major emphasis on ELINT
• Performing mission utility of SIGINT performance
• Working with current and near future SIGINT systems and programs, as well as roles and responsibilities of intelligence and user organizations
• Working with multi-contractor teams/alliances
• Developing requirements documents
• Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | The successful Senior Systems Engineer must have a Masters degree in related engineering field with 11 years or Bachelor's degree with 15 years of engineering experience. The selected Senior Engineer must have the following experience:
• Shall possess at a minimum 10 years of engineering experience in SIGINT systems engineering related experience, demonstrating a high degree of creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgment in the planning, organizing and guiding major engineering problems
• Shall understand real-time SIGINT operations, with major emphasis on ELINT
• Shall understand mission utility of SIGINT performance
• Shall have 2 years of the last 5 years experience working with current and near future SIGINT systems and programs, as well as roles and responsibilities of intelligence and user organizations
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Shall be proficient at communicating complex ideas concisely in written, verbal and visual formats
• Shall have experience with multi-contractor teams/alliances
• Shall have experience in development of requirements documents
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/CI or Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
