The Configuration Manager will perform software test engineering and configuration
management tasks.
Required skills:
• Capable of writing Test Plans based on system requirements and system concepts
• Test specifications and test case development experience
• Experience with test client/server environment and web applications tools
• Experience with automated functional GUI testing tools
• Strong regression testing background
• Establish and maintain a CM system to document software applications
• Document a Configuration Management Plan
• Candidate must have excellent writing and communication skills
• Self starter and self motivated
Desired Skills:
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and automated test scripts
• Familiar with established CM practices (CMMI)
• Design and apply CM Practices appropriate to system or product.
• Recent knowledge and working experience as an administrator of CM tools (ClearCase/ ClearQuest )
• A minimum of seven-years on-the-job experience in software testing and CM
