Lead Systems Engineer:
Responsible for guiding the system requirements development and enhancement of existing functions (by capability project team) needed in support of mission objectives, to include:
Enhance and conduct existing Technical Thread Reviews on a per thread basis, including enhanced capabilities within future Spin activities.

Support Cross Mission Thread Activities and Key Mission Effect Thread areas as directed by the Mission Advisory Groups and SMEs.

Enhance Use Case development and definition of requirements yielding deployed capabilities for sites SSO sites

Support Development/Integration Environment testing, DT&El, DT&E2A/B

Attend customer Test Integration meetings to monitor the spin/site software development process from product development hand off (Gate 3) through systems test (Gate 4).

Develop requirements for metrics development, persistence and visualization on a per application/component basis for each thread.

The SE Thread Lead works very closely with the Govt Thread Lead as well as their cross functional team to complete spin activities. The Thread team supporting each thread will take all direction from this Lead

General Experience:
Minimum: Twenty years in a technical role in projects and programs for Government or Industry customers with:
o Ten years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation.
o Significant experience in the following:
 Writing technical documentation for collection system efforts: Requirement Documents, Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Management Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, etc
 Designing complex collection systems
 Performing tradeoff studies
 Performing System performance analysis
 Experience in designing collection data-flow




Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meets the experience requirement OR equivalent documented combination of training and experience.

Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
