Thread Test Engineer
Responsibility of the position:
Responsible for all aspect of test related activities for the Thread they are assigned, to include:
Assists the Thread team lead in the development of requirements from a test consideration point of view
Coordinates with the resources within the organizations to assure the development of end to end test procedures for the assigned Thread.
Works closely with the other members of the Thread team to assure interfaces, datasets and other dependencies are identified and tracked from development to deployment of their ME.
Tracks the schedule of component deliveries and testing activities from the projects (Gate 1 & 2) that are associated with the Thread
Assists with development of the Thread RVTM
Ensures all test-related Gate artifacts are generated and formatted correctly.
Testing and/or monitoring of Thread capabilities on XNet and ProdNet.
Works closely with the data characterization resources to identify pertinent test data for the Thread.
Develops the Thread Test Strategy each Spin that covers all aspects of testing that Thread during the Spin; this strategy must include the product delivery schedule, which indicates when the projects will be delivering Thread capability for the planned Spin.

| Qualifications: | Education: Bachelors Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meets the experience requirement OR equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
