The successful Senior Instructional System Designer shall be responsible for a DoD synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design and development, educational simulations, self-paced, and blended learning technologies. In addition, the successful Designer will be performing the following:
• Developing in support our client's Program, Planning, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes
• Mentoring, providing on-the-job training, and/or instruction in the use of instructional design, development of learning objectives, and development of adult learning assessment tools
• Developing training/learning programs and curricula
• Work in a collaborative environment with a diverse student population ranging from new hires to our client's Senior Executives

| Qualifications: | The successful Senior Instructional System Designer must have a Bachelors’ degree in an educational field, business, management, or a program management related discipline with at least 15 years of adult-oriented DoD/Intelligence Community Instructional Design of which more than four of the last five are development in support of our client's Program, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes; at least five of the ten years experience actively working in our client's PPBE processes or at least 19 years of certification, training and experience can be in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. The selected Senior Instructional System Designer must have the following experience:
• Ten years experience in mentoring, providing on-the-job training, and/or instruction in the use of instructional design, development of learning objectives, and development of adult learning assessment tools
• Ten years experience developing training/learning programs and curricula, or which more than four must be within the last past five years
• Fifteen years experience working with the US Government, IC and DoD environments
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment with a diverse student population ranging from new hires to our client's Senior Executives
• Demonstrated experience in synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design and development, educational simulations, self-paced, and blended learning technologies
• Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Must have PMP or DAWAII Level III certification in either, Program Management, Contracting, Business, Cost Estimating and Financial Management or certified as a Certified Defense Financial Manager
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
