The successful Facilities Subject Matter Expert, Level 1/2 shall provide project analysis and reporting in support of preparing PMR (Program Management Review) packages for multiple projects. In addition, will be assisting in the Process Mapping in developing and documenting processes for the Space Planning organization. |
| Qualifications: | The successful Facilities Subject Matter Expert, Level 1/2 must have at least 8 years demonstrated experience with Facilities operations. The selected Facilities Subject Matter Expert, Level 1/2 must have the following experience:
• 5 years of demonstrated experience relating system acquisition to facilities requirements
• Proficiency with Primavera - ability to perform analysis of Primavera schedules
• Knowledge of Construction Project Sequencing
• Experience in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience showing ability to work both independently and as an effective team member
• Experience showing flexibility to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
