Description of Position
• Support architecture team in defining and allocating requirements for enhanced system capabilities, network capabilities and mission applications
• Define operational test plans
• Work with our client to prepare documentation for Milestone B verification and beyond
• Working with system architects, system developers, testers, and systems engineers to develop and maintain operations scenario sequence diagrams to be used for development, integration and testing.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum fifteen years in a technical role in projects and programs for Government or Industry customers with:
o Five years experience as a Systems Engineer in programs that encompass system architecture, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation.
• Experience in the following:
o Solaris and Linux
o Solaris, Linux, and Windows utilities and techniques to diagnose and correct performance bottlenecks
• Significant experience in the following:
o Designing complex collection systems
o Integrating systems using multiple operating systems (Solaris, Linux, Windows 2000)
o Performing tradeoff studies
o System performance analysis

| Qualifications: | Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree and meets the experience requirement OR equivalent documented combination of training and experience.
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
