The successful SIGINT Analyst will serve as an analyst and possibly as the Subject Matter Expert for RF COMEXT analysis and production. In addition, the successful Analyst will be performing the following:
• Providing analytical and technical support to the RF COMEXT analysis and production mission, to include but not limited to: responding to our customers request; serialized reporting in response to IN's; release of Disseminations for Analytic Collaboration; and development of parametric and ground knowledge environment record (PKE and GKE);
• Valued source of RF COMEXT expertise to junior analysts and may be called upon to provide OJT via individual appointments, seminars, and other platforms of instruction, including NCS courses if no certified instructor is available
• Other duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | The successful SIGINT Analyst must have a High School diploma with at least 5 years of experience in analyzing, collecting, or reporting on SIGINT data, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with RF COMEXT data. The selected SIGINT Analyst must have the following experience:
• Familiarity with a range of analytic and display tools, including but not limited to: CEDES; ArcGIS 9.x; SEDB; GoogleEarth; GALE-Lite; LIQUIDFIRE or similar collaboration tool, CPE or similar reporting tool; and standard signal-analytic tool suites
• Experience analyzing, reporting, or collecting at least one other type of TechSIGINT data than RF COMEXT, from among EINT, FISINT, MASINT and PROFORMA
• Experience in planning and organizing
• Excellent communication and customer skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to compile presentations
• Ability to brief large groups consisting of technically astute community partners are critical to successful job accomplishment
Security Clearance Requirements: US Citizen; ACTIVE TS SCI w/CI or Lifestyle Polygraph (or within the last 24 months)
